Please confirm that the miner is available to the network normally when it is inaccessible to the pool. If not, please check whether connection devices, such as upstream switches and routers, work or not.

How to configure the difficulty of miners?

If your miners are extremely high or low, configuring a suitable difficulty will improve the efficiency. To mine with static (fixed) difficulty, use d=xxx as password where xxx is your preferred difficulty.

What are the rejected shares?

The rejected shares are the result calculated by miners and submitted to the pool but rejected by the pool because those shares don't meet the calculation requirement of servers.

How do I add a worker and set a worker name?

The worker name, which is a serial number of a miner, can be a combination of digits and letters but cannot contain any special characters like «.» (dot), «_» (Underline), etc.
Use your wallet address as username. A workername can be appended to your address separated by a dot (.) character.
